As we all might already know, so many Ethiopians are living abroad - away from home, far, at times very far. It is obvious that lots of these Ethiopians have amazing stories to tell, have talents of art, music and literature to share, have fulfilled and unfulfilled dreams to follow, have amazing love and life experiences, and have scientific theories and philosophical views about the creation of the universe.

The main objective behind the establishment of Lissan Magazine is to create a platform for Ethiopians who want to let the world know about them. Invited are also those who are not Ethiopians but who are interested in Ethiopian affairs to send their stories as well. We are interested in publishing your short stories, your poems and essays. We want to publish stories about your life and love experiences if you want to share them with others. We want to create a stage for you if you think your knowledge, your creativity and your point of view deserves attention.

We will make sure that your stories and issues will be published in a very attractive way and with great accuracy. Do not let the fear of making mistakes prevent you from writing. Proof-read your writing, clean it as much as you can and we will help with the rest. This platform is not a place for competition. Remember? It is a place where you can air your voice! Come forward, we want to hear your voice.

The founders of Lissan Magazine are all volunteers. Lissan project will mainly be financed through advertisements, donations and subscriptions. Please do contact us for more information. You are also welcome to register and leave us your comments. Contact us through email info(at)lissanonline.com or tel. +49 (0) 69 97264166.
